Fleig leaving as principal of Central High

Accepted a position near Milwaukee

There will be a new principal at Central High School for the upcoming year.

Central principal Jeff Fleig has accepted a position with the Glendale­-River Hills School District, where he will be the middle school principal.

Fleig joined the La Crosse School District in 2005 as the associate principal at Central. In 2011, he became the school’s principal.

Superintendent Randy Nelson will recommend the board assign the current Central High School associate principal, Troy McDonald to the interim principal position for the 2016­-17 school year.
