Another in jail from drug-trafficking ring

Four more still wanted of 17 found involved

Another one of the 17 found in a drug-trafficking ring is in jail. Forty-year-old Sam Lestina’s bond is set at $20,000.

Area police disrupted the drug flow between La Crosse and the Twin Cities. The high-grade meth came from Mexico and has been flowing into the La Crosse area for several years.

Tom Johnson, leader of the MEG Unit drug squad in the La Crosse region, said this meth is a lot better quality than the home-cooked variety.

Four others are still wanted in the case: Jacob Porath, La Vang, Adam Vang, and Kojoua Vu.
