WAUSAU, Wis. – The ‘person of interest’ who was sought in a Winona murder has now been arrested in Wausau, and a second person connected to him is jailed in Trempealeau County.

Lonnie Hudson of La Crosse is facing charges of second-degree murder, aggravated robbery, and assault, following the shooting death of Adam Fort in Winona, Minn. Bond has been set at one million dollars.

Hudson appeared Friday afternoon before a Marathon County judge, who ordered him to maintain ‘absolute sobriety’ from drugs and alcohol. He’s also not allowed to possess dangerous weapons, while he waits to be sent to Minnesota on a murder charge.
