Tech school first phase completion cheered

Construction on the northern half of the Western Technical College Coleman Center is complete. Facilities Manager Jay McHenry tells us things have been smooth sailing for the most part so far.  He partially credits having “a very good team going into the project” for that success.

 

Phase two of the project will begin next week with fall of 2016 completion being the target date. Coleman Center remodeling and construction is part of the college s Vision 2020 facilities plan, funded through the $79 million referendum approved by voters in 2012.
