Logan Champions Take the Mound at Miller Park

La Crosse Area Day at Miller Park and Explore La Crosse congratulates State Championship Logan High School Girls Softball Team. The team will receive special recognition during pre-game festivities on the field at Miller Park on Thursday as part of the 18th Annual La Crosse Area Day at Miller Park.

Logan High School Activities Director Steve Hole says the team is very excited. He says not only are they outstanding student athletes and one of the best teams he’s ever worked with but they are amazing ambassadors for La Crosse and the state of Wisconsin.

It’s the first time a City of La Crosse high school softball team has won the state title and the first WIAA championship for any Logan Rangers girls sport. La Crosse Area Day continues to be the largest community event held at Miller Park each year. Tickets for the trip are still available at the Visitor and Convention Bureau.
