Bronson Has Finally Come Down. Until Next Year.

If you were to walk into Bo Ryan’s office at UW Madison, you’d see in three foot tall letters the word Next. For La Crosse Aquinas graduate and Badger point guard Bronson Koenig, he not only saw those letters, he lived them this year as one of the leaders on the team.

 

And after guard Traevon Jackson broke his foot….thrusting Koenig into the limelight…Jackson kept telling Koenig one thing. Remember how you played in high school………..that is why you were NEXT.

And next he was…..helping guide the Badgers deep into the post season and into a game the Badgers had not been in, in 74 years. A national championship game. A place Koenig says he would love to go back again next season.
