Winter Moratorium To End Wednesday
Xcel Energy says they are asking people to call them if you are behind on your electric bill from the winter moratorium. Pat Boland is with Xcel.
He says if you are currently disconnected you must make arrangements with your local utility to pay outstanding bills in order to have service restored. If you have not made arrangements to pay an outstanding bill, the utility is not required to reconnect the service until payment arrangements have been made. The deadline is April 15th.
