Democratic party Talks Amendment

Constitutional amendments can be controversial.   Even when it comes to something as seemingly benign as picking who leads the Wisconsin state supreme court.  But La Crosse democratic party chair, JD Wine says that issue is all about the republican party flexing its majority muscle to get a more favorable make up on the court

The statewide vote on tomorrow’s ballot gives the power of picking the chief justice to the court, rather than allowing that process to work itself out through seniority.
