Transportation Vision Moving Along
La Crosse city hall is planning on leaning on the expertise of a just re-hired transportation group right away. Toole Design Group has been contracted for help in implementing the city’s so-called Transportation Vision. And that could mean immediate work on alternatives to the DOT’s plans for widening South Avenue
Toole was originally hired in January to help the city come up with a Transportation Vision in the first place.
