Tischer Answers Chief Shooting Questions

No police chief envies Madison chief Mike Koval right now.   He’s

at the center of the controversy around the teen shot and killed in an apparent struggle with an officer last week.  Everybody wants answers regarding the shooting of Tony Robinson.  But La Crosse police chief Ron Tischer says sometimes those answers just aren’t there right away.  And the public isn’t always willing to listen to what may have actually happened.  Or how quickly everything may have gone down

Tischer also suggests that Koval shouldn’t have apologized for his officer responding to a call and doing his job even if that response may have somehow led to the death of Robinson.
