Kabat has indicated to us that he would support relaxing requirements for multi-family developments that call for a parking space for every bedroom. Just makes more sense for a sustainable future. Better than current policiesA newly proposed development near UWL is designed with far less than the required parking spots under current standards. Kabat is supportive of the proposal while several developers have complained about the different level of accountability for the project.
