New Wisconsin Congressman Reacts to SOTU

For the deficit-minded, the president’s state of the union address this week left something to be desired.  New republican Wisconsin congressman Glenn Grothman is among those who were quick to criticize some of the president’s proposals.  Like the free community college idea.  Primarily, Grothman tells us, because the nation can’t afford a new entitlement.  But it also could be wasted on some
