New Acid Drug In Wisconsin

It’s a new drug that has found its way to the area. It’s known as an n-bomb,

smiles, or 25-D. It’s also called synthetic acid. Not in the La Crosse area yet but the acid has been found in Eau Claire. Sgt. Randy Rank with the La Crosse Police Department says the compound of the drug is nothing new.

Last January, a 17 year old girl in Minnesota died from an overdose of the drug. The five teens who gave it to her are facing murder charges. It’s a foreign import Rank hopes stays out of the area.
