More strings attached may be something developers have to look forward to in future dealings with the city of La Crosse. Mayor Tim Kabat hopes hatch out plans for new parking and traffic mitigation requirements for developers looking for agreements to build in the city
Kabat’s plans, although without detail right now, are in response to reports of a growing shortage of parking spaces in the city.
