Some Thanksgiving dinners are over. More are coming this weekend. And if you
are trying to watch what you eat…..staying away from other foods then the traditional turkey or ham is a good plan. Like the ones you set out way before and after that main course is gone.
That’s dietitian Paula Przywojski at Mayo Clinic Health System Franciscan Healthcare. She says some of the foods you are laying out can harm your waistline more then just that ham or turkey.
