20th Rotary Light Is Tonight

These ‘Friday night lights’ have very little to do with football.

The Rotary Lights display in La Crosse’s Riverside Park is always turned on the Friday after Thanksgiving…and that happens tonight, after a 5 p-m parade downtown.  And Rotary Lights president Pat Stephens says the parade itself is impressive:

Among the lighting displays set up in the park will be a few sports team symbols, and an animated football player kicking a ball.  Rotary Lights will run 34 nights this year, through New Year’s Eve.
