No New Trial For La Crosse Murderer

Jeffrey Lepsch’s request for a new trial is being denied.

Late this afternoon, Judge Ramona Gonzalez filed an order turning down a motion from Lepsch, who was convicted of killing father and son Paul and A-J Petras at a La Crosse camera store.  Lepsch believes a few biased jurors were seated for his trial last year.  He claims that a few jury candidates said they had already made up their minds about the case, but were allowed onto the jury anyway.
