Shilling Talks Leadership Role

The La Crosse lawmaker who’s now state Senate minority leader is looking for

ways to increase cooperation between the two parties in Madison. Jennifer Shilling was chosen as the Senate Democratic leader yesterday…a week after Republicans increased their Senate majority by one seat.  Shilling tells WIZM’s La Crosse Talk that she’s aware of the roles that the majority and minority parties have in the legislature:

Shilling believes that Wisconsin voters want the two parties to work together.
