Tuesday night voters across Wisconsin sent Governor Walker and the new
Legislature a strong mandate to take enhanced federal dollars Medicaid dollars to strengthen the state’s BadgerCare program. State Representative, Jill Billings agrees.
Billings says that the advisory referendums passed overwhelmingly in both red and blue areas of the state shows once again that access to health care is not a partisan issue.
