Political Stumping Continues In Area

Last-minute campaign efforts in the La Crosse area. Both Governor Walker

Walker and challenger Mary Burke stopped in La Crosse on Saturday.  Walker makes one more area stop today, at a factory in Onalaska. And a former area legislator is making an endorsement for his old seat.  State Administration Secretary Mike Huebsch is backing Republican Tracie Happel, saying the 94th District ‘needs a conservative voice again.’  The three lawmakers for the immediate La Crosse area are all Democrats.  Huebsch wrote a letter, criticizing his successor Steve Doyle as voting 98 per cent of the time with ‘tax-and-spend far-left Democrats.’
