Mayor Signs Bullying Proclamation
Bullying is not just a problem for children to deal with at school.
Aggressive and mean behavior can happen to people of all ages, in the workplace, at home, and on-line. La Crosse is observing National Bullying Prevention Month with a mayoral proclamation. Mayor Tim Kabat says schools and hospitals are among the key players promoting efforts to keep people from being bullied:
