Teachers Ready For Evaluation System
The state is rolling out an evaluation system for educators in all K-12
public school districts this year. In La Crosse, Troy Harcey with the La Crosse School District says teachers here are ready.
Harcey says the new performance review systems should bring a semblance of order to what schools across the state had been doing, which has drawn praise from educators and administrators alike. Harcey says the ultimate goal is to provide clear, observable feedback to educators on their practices.
