Mom Helps Cops Nab Lewd Dude

A cell phone picture snapped by an angry mom has helped land a man in jail for exposing himself to children.  Police say the woman chased down Jonathan McNell and confronted him after he apparently showed off his genitalia to two fourteen year-old girls on the northside late last week.  The woman caught up to McNell riding his bike.  She says he hit her with the bike and took off.  But not before she got a picture with her phone.  Police used that picture to later identify McNell who was involved in a fight on the northside.  They say McNell made it pretty easy for them; he was wearing the same clothes…three days later.
