St. Patrick’s Celebrations Start a Couple Days Early

St Patrick’s day celebrations start early for some.  For instance, at Dublin Square, an Irish bar in downtown La Crosse, they’ll start with a breakfast bar tomorrow at eight in the morning.  And then go all week-end
