Warming Center Up’s and Down’s

The first part of December saw beds packed at the La Crosse Warming Center.

Not so much so the last part say Mary Fitzpatrick. Even as the cold temps set in.

Fitzpatrick, with Catholic Charities says even this week some beds remained empty. That should change with 20 year lows coming over the next three days.
