Dancing local celebrities brought in more money than last year, at a weekend

fundraiser in La Crosse. The ‘Dancing with the La Crosse Stars’ event collected 144-thousand dollars for the Scenic Bluffs Red Cross, exceeding last year’s total by about 20-thousand dollars.  Dean Lewis of La Crescent won the dance competition with his professional partner.
