La Crosse Man Caught Pimpin’ In Utah

Court officials in La Crosse have been looking for Ontario Lowery for two

years…

 

The 34-year-old Lowery has now turned up in Utah, charged with nine federal counts of sex trafficking.  Lowery is scheduled to be tried early next year.  He and a teenage girl from La Crosse are accused of forcing two women to travel through several states and work as prostitutes.  The women claim Lowery physically assaulted them and kept all the money they made.  Lowery and the teenager were arrested in Utah a few weeks ago, after one woman complained to police.  Lowery has convictions for drugs, theft, and battery on his Wisconsin court record.  The 17-year-old had been on probation under a diversion agreement on a theft charge.
