David Ring Chosen As Festmaster
David Ring is the new Festmaster at Oktoberfest for 2013. Ring and his wife Denise were introduced as Festmaster and Frau at the Festmaster’s Ball on Friday night. Ring works in community relations at Kwik Trip, and he was born the same year that Oktoberfest began, 1961.
