Group Touts Consumer Agency, Disses Big Banks
A victory for tighter bank monitoring. That’s what Wisconsin watchdog group WISPIRG is claiming after releasing a report on the most-complained about banks in the nation as reported to the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. According to the report Wells Fargo and US Bank are two of the top three complained about banks in the state of Wisconsin, both have branches in La Crosse.
