Downtown Car Flipper in Court
In court today in La Crosse: the guy who flipped his car in downtown La Crosse on Friday while reaching for a CD. Cops say 25 year-old `Jordan Hayes overturned his car on second street by the Radisson on Friday afternoon while trying to reach a CD on the floor. Cops say he’d been drinking that morning. Possibly smoking pot. They found pot and methamphetamine in the car. Or, more appropriately, on the ground. Which is where all the stuff wound up when a tow truck flipped the car back over. Hayes has a previous conviction for OWI.
