Stagnant Air Contributing to Another Air Quality Watch Day

Published

Air quality still an issue in much of Wisconsin today. The DNR has issued a watch and advisory as fine particulate matters build up. Not unusual for this time of year, says DNR meteorologist, Joe Hoch.   He says you’ll see more of those PM’s as the snow melts and the chemicals that are stuck in the snow pack get released into the atmosphere.

Hoch says expected rain tonight should clear the air a little bit but some windy days would be the biggest help.
