Child death in La Crosse is under investigation
La Crosse police are investigating a child’s death, which apparently happened Wednesday at a north-side residence.
Police and the state patrol responded to the call around 6:30 Wednesday night, and an autopsy was to be performed on Thursday.
Few other details about the death had been released as of Thursday night.
A state Crime Scene Response Unit is also investigating the incident.
