A large cash reward is being offered to help in the search for a young mother from Winona who’s been missing for almost a week.

The $50,000 reward has been announced by the family of 26-year-old Madeline Kingsbury, who was last seen March 31st, after taking her two young children to daycare.

Winona Police Chief Tom Williams asked area residents to check video from their outdoor cameras for signs of a dark blue minivan driving on March 31 or April 1, “including game cams, doorbell cams and security cams. Look for someone passing by.”

Police say to search the City of Winona, Wilson Township and Hillsdale Township.

Kingsbury’s family said Wednesday it’s not like her to be missing for a long time without contacting them.

“We’re asking you to walk your property, check out buildings, and have a good look around for any signs that someone passed that way, or for signs of a disturbance,” Williams said during a Wednesday news conference. Police call her disappearance “involuntary” and “suspicious.”
