Feds bring meth charges against 3 area men
Three men from the La Crosse region are facing federal charges of possessing meth.
Two of the suspects, Christopher Fernette of Prairie du Chien and Dillan Boydston of Waukon, allegedly possessed at least half-a-kilogram of meth back in April, with the intent of distributing it.
They could get up to life in prison if they’re convicted.
The third man, Carl Rabe of Boscobel, reportedly was caught in October with 50 grams of meth. He faces a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison.
The arrests resulted from work done by Prairie du Chien Police Department, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, as well as investigators from three states.
