Chipotle in Onalaska eyes summer grand opening

Published

on

Soon, you won’t have to drive to Rochester to get a Chipotle burrito. The Chipotle in Onalaska looks nearly complete.

“Now Hiring” signs are posted outside the newly built restaurant, which is behind Dick’s Sporting Goods on Highway 16.

Chipotle spokesperson Tyler Benson said they hope to open this summer, and would have more info next month.

He also said it will feature digital ordering and a drive-thru pickup through a feature called “Chipotlane.”

Most Chipotles have online ordering, but you must go into the building to pick up your order.

This Chipotle will employ 25. Benson says it will offer “leading benefits, like access to mental health care for employees and families, as well as debt-free degrees and more.”
