La Crosse board votes to increase certain fees for reserved spaces in dt parking ramps

Monday, the La Crosse Board of Public Works voted to approve a fee increase for reserved spaces in downtown parking ramps.    

The permit charge for nonresidents wanting a space in a downtown ramp will rise to $50 a month. 

A reserved stall will be $40 for city residents.

Mayor Tim Kabat says the resident discount is a way of providing a benefit to La Crosse taxpayers.
