Hard to judge what will be the impact of cuts proposed to Wisconsin’s drug

prescription program for seniors.  Governor Walker has proposed cutting Seniorcare by $15 million over the next two years.  Which makes very little sense, says Lisa Lamkins with Wisconsin’s AARP
