Exchange Site Coming Along
The website for Americans to buy insurance under President Barack Obama’s
healthcare law should be working smoothly for most users by the end of November. That’s the word from the White House. And locally, Greg Skempf with Health Tradition Health plan says he’s seen some improvement with the broken website too.
He says another encouraging thing is that the customer service people have had to call has done an outstanding job answering customers questions and complaints.
