Monroe County Justice Center On Target
It took almost 20 years, but Monroe County began borrowing for the $25 million justice center project after the Monroe County Board of Supervisors approved bonding for $10 million. A huge step says project manager, Kurt Marshaws.
The $10 million bond is the first round of borrowing included in the county’s financing plan. The design should be done and submitted to the county board next month.
