Juneau County shooting death leads to two arrests

Two people are facing charges in Juneau County in a man’s death.

Donald Dalberg and Crystal Teumer, both of Grand Marsh, have been arrested following the discovery of Floyd Burdick’s body last week in the Camp Douglas area.

Sheriff’s deputies found Burdick near a walking trail on Jan. 28. Investigators said he had been shot and his body was burned.

Fifteen felony charges, including 1st degree homicide, have been filed against the 47-year-old Dalberg. Ten of those charges are felony bail jumping. Dalberg’s bond is set at $1 million. Dalberg is scheduled back in court on Jan 31.

Teumer, who is 27, faces four charges, including arson and mutilating a corpse.

Her bond is set at $50,000.

She’s scheduled for a hearing on Feb. 14.

The two have been ordered to have no contact with each other.
