Also talked about child labor vs. a workforce shortage vs. a pay shortage, which led to a conversation about taxes, including the party’s dueling proposals on income tax cuts.

Republicans want a flat tax, while Gov. Tony Evers has proposed a 10% tax cut for those making $100,000 or less, which was cut from the budget Tuesday by the GOP.
