The suspect in a Holmen drive-by shooting will NOT be charged with attempted murder.

Wesley Dollar of Boscobel is facing three criminal charges for the gunfire incident last Saturday.

Dollar allegedly fired a bullet into a kitchen wall, coming close to hitting a woman inside the house on Cliffview Drive.  The gunshot also passed through the walls of a stairwell, but stopped before entering a bedroom.

Dollar recently was accused of pointing a gun at another family member of the family at that house.

Dollar could get 17-and-a-half years in prison, if he’s convicted of reckless endangerment with a weapon.  Dollar is also charged with felony possession of a firearm, and bail jumping.

The bullet flew right through the wall entering the kitchen, bounced off the women’s shoulder, leaving minor injuries, luckily no particles of the bullet flew and hit the women’s 3 year old grandchild that was sitting present in the kitchen! The bullet continues threw the back wall of the kitchen, going threw a hallway, entering another wall that leads to the bedroom where a 10 year old and a 1 year old was present! The bullet hit a hardboard and was forced to stopped before entering the room.

In another article, Dollar said all he did was shot the house and drove off. My question is, if he shot and drove off, why did he drive pass the residence again approx. 20-40 mins later? Was he going to shoot again? Or was he seeing if anyone got hit?
He said he didn’t intentionally target anyone. He said he was sending a message to a few individuals that lived in that residence. There are 6 children that resides there, ages 4-17, a 55+ year old women and her early 40 year old daughter. Who in this residence was he having issues with. He knew this residence was occupied by children and he still shot. What if it would have hit one of the children! What is wrong with this picture? How many incidents will it take? And why is he being given so many chances? What’s the real reason why he keeps getting let out!?
