Back to normal snowfall in La Crosse for the season, after the storm
In case you were worried because La Crosse was short on snow this winter, worry no longer.
We’re caught up now, after this week’s storm.
Tuesday’s snowfall of 9 inches in La Crosse set a one-day record for February 12th, and put the seasonal snowfall total so far at 37 inches…which is 7 inches above normal amounts by mid-February.
Last year at this time, we were 8 inches below normal for the season.
With 16 inches so far, this month could easily become one of the 10 snowiest Februarys on record in La Crosse.
