An ethics complaint filed against the town of Campbell chairman is under investigation.
Campbell police chief Drew Gavrilos confirms that he has filed a complaint against town chair Terry Schaller.
District Attorney Tim Gruenke told WIZM he received the complaint on June 5.
Both say the complaint is an active investigation and, therefore, cannot disclose what it involves.
Some in the town believe the complaint has at least something to do with conflicts between Gavrilos and Schaller.
WIZM has not been able to reach Schaller for comment.
