President will be speaking at same time not far from Clinton

A tri-state area campaign visit for Hillary Clinton today. At 3:30 p.m., the Democratic presidential nominee has an afternoon speech at the Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. 

Meanwhile, in Des Moines, Iowa, President Barack Obama will be speaking around the same time.
