It was just two weeks ago when the annual Torch Run for the Wisconsin Special Olympics went through the La Crosse area.  Tonight, an even bigger torch relay in honor of Special Olympics will be celebrated at Copeland Park.  The Unified Relay Across America began just after Memorial Day, and is taking three separate routes through the U-S, according to local Special Olympics volunteer Kerry Gloede, all starting at various points to the east.

The Flame of Hope arrives at Logger Field for a ceremony at 6 p-m.  The three relays will end at Los Angeles in early July for the start of the Special Olympics World Games.
