Low Oil Prices Not Staunching Flow of CNG

A recent drop in oil prices is not having an impact on the growth of compressed natural gas–or CNG–as a vehicle fuel in Wisconsin.  Not that Joel Hirschboeck from Kwik Trip has seen.  Kwik Trip now has 32 stations pumping CNG, 22 just in Wisconsin.  And they plan more

While mostly used as a fleet fuel for big trucks right now, Hirschboeck says Kwik Trip’s long range plans point to more use of CNG in regular passenger cars as more models are produced that use the fuel.
