Huge Oil Spill Exercise Locally This Weekend
An rail car oil spill on the Mississippi river this weekend at La Crosse will be just an exercise. But it should be hugely instructive for all of those taking part, says Director of the Upper Mississippi River Basin Association, Dave Hokanson
More than 20 agencies are taking part including local fire and police departments. The exercise starts today and runs through Saturday, with activity going on mostly around the Green Island area.
