Pace of Development No Concern for Council Rep

From zero to sixty very quickly.  That seems to have happened in downtown La Crosse developments.  A few big projects are either underway or in the planning stages.  But downtown city council rep James Cherf tells us he has little concern about how the mini-boom plays out.  Seize the day, Cherf says, because there are construction deals to be had
 
 
 
Cherf says he appreciates those developers who are taking advantage of the still soft economy in order to max out their construction dollars.
