National Night Out Parties Tonight
Brats for everyone tonight at National Night Out block parties in La Crosse. La Crosse police officer Lisa Barrix says that’s one change for this year’s parties, getting held around the city tonight. Though food and drink isn’t really the point. The parties are meant to bring the community together
